AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) is expanding its industrial parks in Southern Luzon, specifically in Cavite and Batangas, to meet the increasing demand for industrial spaces. These expansions aim to provide new opportunities for businesses and reinforce ALLHC’s role in driving economic growth.

The expansion includes:

  • In Naic, Cavite, Cavite Technopark is adding 20.2 hectares with 14 new industrial lots. This new phase is not registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), unlike the initial phase. The entire park now spans 183.6 hectares and is designed for light and medium, non-polluting industries.
  • In Padre Garcia, Batangas, Batangas Technopark is adding 20.6 hectares with 38 new industrial lots. This expansion, which is registered with the Board of Investments (BOI), increases the park’s total area to 75.6 hectares.

These projects reflect ALLHC’s commitment to supporting regional economic progress by creating more spaces for enterprises to establish operations, generate employment, and contribute to both local and national growth. The company sees strong demand from both local and international businesses for accessible and sustainable industrial locations with strong connectivity and support services.
