Property giant Megaworld Corp. is injecting ₱2.5 billion to upgrade Eastwood City, its flagship 18.5-hectare township in Quezon City that pioneered the local BPO hub concept back in 1997.

The redevelopment targets Eastwood’s aging residential towers, office buildings, and retail spaces, with refreshed malls, new lifestyle concepts, and modernized open areas. Highlights include the introduction of Finland’s SuperPark indoor activity center and the revamped REP Eastwood Theater.

Select hotels, parks, and the popular Fuente Circle nightlife zone are also getting a facelift to attract new tenants and visitors.

Megaworld says the overhaul aims to keep its first-ever township “future-ready” as it continues expanding its portfolio of 35 master-planned estates nationwide.
